For Flooring - Providing and lying integral cement based waterproofing treatment on basement floor or below ground level at all depth under to prevent water leakage from subsoil to basement.
(a) Dismantling the existing tiles and weak concrete and preparing the surface clean & levelled.
(b) Providing and laying 35mm thick base cement concrete 1:2:4 (cement :2 Quartz sand :4 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ).
(C) Polymer grouting over the layer of cement concrete mixing with Polymer or equivalent @ 0.5kg cement per sqm with 0.5 kg Polymer mixed in water.
(d) Laying Shahabad stone over 20mm thick cement 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Quartz sand ) the area keeping 4cm gap between two stone.
(e) Over the Shahabad stone polymer grouting over the layer of cement concrete mixing with Resikon 400 or equivalent @ 0.50kg cement per sqm with 0.5kg Polymer mixed in water.
(f) Providing and laying 20 to 25mm thick IPS finish with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Quartz sand).
(g) Over the IPS finish polymer grout with Polymer or equivalent @ 0.50kg cement per sqm with 0.25 of Resikon 400 or equivalent mixed in water. Complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
