Providing and laying waterproofing treatment on roof slab by the following.
(a) Cleaning and removing loose flakes,dirts and foreign material from the terrace top with high pressure/jet water wash and wire brushing.
(b) Opening the visible cracks and filling it with mixture of Polymer and cement and quartz sand in the ratio of 1:1:1 (Cement : 1Polymer or equivalent : 1 Quartz sand).
(c) Inspecting the leakage points, After fixing the points making injection grouting around it with the mixture of polymer and cement in the Ration of 1:1 (1 cement : Polymer or equivalent) with hand held cement grouting pump, wherever required.
(d) Polymer grouting of whole area by the mixture of polymer, cement with water in the ratio of surface Pond test shall be conducted for not less than 3 days Providing and laying In average thickness of 20 to 25mm polymer admixed modified mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 Quartz sand) with shalicrete R/Resikon 400 or equivalent @ 1kg per 50kg of cement, after successful pond test. Providing and applying Elastomeric coating in three Coat of or equivalent including primer. Finally applying by brush or roller on primed surface first coat of Elastomeric in one direction and 2nd and final coat of Elastomeric in 2nd direction. After interval of 4 hours. (Consumption of Elastomeric 0.5kg/sqm for two coat).
