Providing and lying integral cement based waterproofing treatment on the vertical surface of basement to prevent the water leakage from soil along the wall.
(a) Dismantling the existing tiles and weak concrete and preparing the surface clean & levelled.
(b) Providing and laying 20mm thick RCC wall cement mortar 1: 3 ( 1 cement : 3Quartz sand)
(C) Polymer grouting over the layer of cement concrete mixing with Polymer or equivalent @ 0.5kg cement per sqm with 0.5 kg Polymer mixed in water.
(d) Laying Shahabad stone over 20mm thick cement 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Quartz sand ) keeping 4cm gap between two stone.
(e) Over the Shahabad stone polymer grouting with Polymer or equivalent @ 0.5kg cement per sqm with 0.5kg Polymer mixed in water.
(f) Providing and laying 20 to 25mm thick IPS finish with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 Quartz sand).
(g) Over the IPS finish polymer grout with Polymer or equivalent @ 0.50kg cement per sqm with 0.25 of Polymer or equivalent mixed in water. Complete as per direction.
